Good hosting, slow support initial response

I got the WordPress Hosting plan a few weeks ago and it's been pretty solid for my small business site. Uptime seems good, and the site loads fast enough. The free SSL was a nice bonus. I used their Windows VPS (unmanaged too) for a project. Had a weird RDP connectivity issue that turned out to be a firewall setting on my end. Their support was helpful in diagnosing it, but didn't fix it directly. They gave me the steps. So, they do assist with diagnosis, but not configuration.

Hey Ravi, I've had their unmanaged KVM VPS for about 6 months now. It's pretty much hands-off from their side. They'll make sure the hardware is running, but OS, software, security updates - that's all on you. I had a network issue once that they looked into quickly, but anything related to my server config, they usually point you to docs or suggest getting managed support.
